November challenge MPTS Blog - Leafless Trees
| Leafless Trees" November is usually cold and gray...but think of "you are taking a walk early morning and you can hear the wind between the tree branches and feel the cold on your cheeks... you're NOT cold because you are wearing your favorite thick wool cardigan...All of a sudden, the comfort smell of wood burning in chimneys reaches you and you take everything in...All your senses are fully awake...You happily remind yourself how wonderful it is going to be at home sitting by the fireplace with a nice cup of tea, coffee or coco!" Please visit the MPTS Blog to take a look at all the other wonderfull challenges for November and maybe leave a comment or two! Many thanks, Clare xx |

October's Halloween challenge for More Paper Than Shoes
| "We don't want to be fairy and bright, we want to be scary and give them a fright"! This is a collage I created using purple velvet ribbon, glittered wooden star, shabby sheet music flower, vintage fairy twins (scanned from an old photo from my collection), aged sheet music background, paper moon and wooden bingo counters. Don't forget to visit the MPTS design blog to check out everyone else's fab creations plus you will discover a couple of guest designers there too this month! Thanks for looking again and I hope you like my Halloween twins! Clare - Altered Moments xxx |
